About the Fellowship
The Centre for Epidemic Response and Innovation (CERI) at Stellenbosch University, South Africa, in partnership with the Institut Pasteur de Dakar (IPD), Senegal, is inviting applications for the African STARS YPP Fellowship under the African STARS Fellowship Programme. This initiative aims to equip young African scientists and researchers with the skills needed to excel in both academia and industry.
What You Will Gain

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
Be born in and/or residing in Africa
Be 35 years or younger
Hold at least a BSc in a relevant field (MSc/PhD preferred)
Demonstrate strong leadership potential and a commitment to Africa’s scientific growth
Be fluent in English or French
Women are strongly encouraged to apply
